The goals were absolutely flying in last night in the Champions League. Shakhtar put seven past BATE, Chelsea put six past Maribor and most impressively of all, Bayern defeated Roma 7-1 at the Stadio Olimpico. They may have been scoring for fun but that doesn't mean Manuel Neuer was twiddling his thumbs at the other end.
Yes, Gervinho should have scored but huge credit to Neuer for the save.
