When Andre Schurrle scored with 20 minutes remaining it looked as if Chelsea were going to move five points clear at the top of the Premier League. However, when Frank Lampard was introduced in the 78th minute there was always a possibility that a story could be made.
And so it proved. James Milner crossed for Lampard in the 88th minute and the Chelsea legend fired home for his first goal since leaving Stamford Bridge for Man City (via New York). Unsurprisingly, Lampard refused to celebrate but City fans surely won't mind too much about that.
