Liverpool ended their pre-season preparations in style with a 4-0 win over Borussia Dortmund at Anfield. Daniel Sturridge was particularly impressive up front on his own and he opened the scoring with a well taken strike after a heavenly assist from Philippe Coutinho, before Dejan Lovren scored a powerful header on his first start for the club.
The second half continued in the same fashion with Philippe Coutinho and Jordan Henderson completing a resounding win over the Germans.
