Bayer Leverkusen have a young goalkeeper by the name of Bernd Leno who continues to be referred to as 'promising' despite the fact that he looks like Bambi on ice every other game he plays. You might remember him looking particularly unstable against Man Utd in last year's Champions League.
Nevertheless, Leno continues to draw comparisons with Bayern Munich goalkeeper Manuel Neuer duw to his shot stopping ability and presence between the sticks. Apparently he also like to play Neuer's much vaunted 'sweeper-keeper' role. He needs a bit more practice if Saturday's effort against Paderborn is anything to go by.
Germany are blessed with plenty of good goalkeepers so if Leno doesn't develop into the next Manuel Neuer it's not the end of the world for Jogi Loew's men.
