Crystal Palace have performed a dramatic u-turn on their decision to appoint Malky Mackay as their new manager after Cardiff City submitted a dossier to the FA on Mackay's conduct when he was Cardiff manager.
The Daily Mirror, which has broken the story in the last while, have not revealed the exact nature of the allegations, but they did say that Cardiff have raised questions over the role of agents in a number of the deals done during Mackay's time at Cardiff.
Tan reportedly refused to pay commission to any agents in any of the deals done in Mackey's reign.
Cardiff are to sue Crystal Palace over the 'spygate' controversy from last season.
Meanwhile, Crystal Palace are now looking at other candidates to take over at Selhurst Park.
