Louis Van Gaal has well and truly hit the ground running with Man Utd. His reputation as something of a autocrat on the training pitch preceded him before taking up the post and it seems we're getting an early glimpse of that.

Earlier, the new Man Utd boss showed Wayne Rooney some love. But to balance that out, this clip shows that he certainly won't be stroking any egos. Granted it's not only Rooney (it looks like Antonio Valencia beside him) but hearing Van Gaal tell Rooney that he has to aim for the corners if he wants to score is still pretty amusing.
