Olesandr Noyok had already received a yellow card in the U-21 fixture between the Ukraine and Austria on Wednesday when his clumsy ball control cost him another one. Pretty harsh to book him for that. It reminds me of conceding free-kicks under age for not shouting the name of your team mate when passing the ball. Of course the ref didn't actually book the guy for his ball control but rather he thought the player kicked the ball into the Austrian player's face deliberately. So he actually rated him.
