Tim Sherwood is a manager who wears his heart on his sleeve.
As a player he suffered a number of unfortunate injuries that kept him out of the game for long periods of time, and as a manger, he's only gone and injury himself again.
When Aston Villa player Carlos Gil was (correctly) booked for diving late on against Sunderland on Saturday, his manager threw a bit of a wobbler on the sidelines and injured himself while trying to aggressively back-heel a case of water bottles. The Match Of The Day cameras missed the initial kick but caught most of the rage, and all of the regret, and the BBC devoted a "2 Good 2 Bad" slot on MOTD 2 to the clip in order to have a good chuckle at his expense:
Anyone who has conceded a last minute winner while playing FIFA will surely know the feeling.
It's always amusing to watch someone instantly regret their outburst, and it's another clip to the long library of Tim Sherwood moments in his short but entertaining managerial career so far.
