It was bad for all Liverpool fans but as least they didn't have to commentate on the game live on TV. Yes, we're using the term 'commentate' loosely. Phil Thompson was in the hot-seat on Sky Sports News and rather predictably, he didn't do a particularly good job of keeping his emotions in check.
