Things boiled over during a Ryman Premier League game between Kingstonian and Bognor Regis on Monday evening.
Following the game, the Kingstonian keeper Rob Tolfrey confronted a spectator. YouTube user Johnnie Lowery uploaded video of the incident including this description.
The Kingstonian goalkeeper jumps into the crowd to confront Bognor Regis supporters at this Ryman Premier Division game, sparking a melee which resulted in the police being called.
It appears that this is not the entire incident though. According to Kingstonian player Josh Casey it was the supporter who was the instigator.
Massive well done to the Bognor fan that punched our keeper in the face ???? it's a game of football...absolutely pathetic.
