The film follows the life of an 11-year-old Roy as he tries to carve his way into the underage team at his local football club in Cork in 1982.This clip features a typically intense Roy who, even at an early age shows signs of heightened professionalism and an unwavering ability to speak his mind. Young actor Craig Keane Harrington puts in a great performance in the clip, and he really captures Keano's ability to scare someone shitless.
The film directed by Dave Tynan premiered at the Galway Film Fleadh in June but will be shown again at the Cork Film Festival which runs from 7-16 November.
