With just seven minutes remaining, Kevin Doyle struck the winner for the Colorado Rapids as they defeated the Seattle Sounders in Century Link Field this morning.
Colorado are still propping up the Western Conference table, but if their current form is maintained, they may not be for much longer. Doyle's goal secured their third win in a row.
Doyle nodded home the winner against the Vancouver Whitecaps two weeks ago, kicking off this current run. Seattle, by contrast, have lost five from the last six games.
