Ever since he began ranting on US television about how much he hates FIFA, English comedian John Oliver has been something of a favourite here at Balls. His excellent chat show Last Week Tonight returns for a second season in the coming weeks and as such he's been doing the rounds on other chat shows publicising it, as you do.

This week he was on Late Night with Seth Myers and he was once again talking about his favourite subject, football. Oliver is a big Liverpool fan and told the story of when he was given the opportunity to meet his heroes when they were in the States last year. It wasn't exactly everything he imagined.
Rest assured you'll soon be picturing Steven Gerrard 'waving a handless hello'.
