Hertfordshire-born, Republic of Ireland U21 player Rob Kiernan signed for Rangers on a two year deal yesterday. He arrives shortly after fellow former Ireland U21 player, Jon Daly leaves the club after two seasons.
Kiernan has already sat for the formal interview with Rangers TV. Naturally he bigged up his new employers. He bigged them up quite a bit.
He called Rangers a 'massive club' and said the setup at Ibrox is better than what is on offer at many Premier League clubs. Kiernan has previously played for Birmingham City and Wigan Athletic.
I've been in the Championship and been at big clubs. It's no disrespect to anyone. It's just that this is another level.
It's second to none. It's something you don't even see in some Premiership clubs.
The stadium is incredible and I can only imagine when they fill it what the atmosphere is like. The facilities here, it's unbelievable.
