One of the big attractions at the Sport Summit today was undoubtedly the presence of Rio Ferdinand to talk about his use of social media and his interests outside football. But there was of course a bit of time to chat about his playing career and, unsurprisingly, the subject of Roy Keane popped up.
Ferdinand told an anecdote about one of his early training sessions with Man Utd, where Keane didn't look too favourably on the Leeds and West Ham tactic of passing the ball sideways. As if we didn't know it already, Ferdinand also drew parallels between Keane's personality and that of his now-nemesis Alex Ferguson.
