RB Leipzig may not be Germany's favourite team given their corporate image but if a goalscoring keeper doesn't help that image then nothing will. Drawing 1-1 with Dramstadt yesterday, Leipzig won a corner in the 93rd minute and up went goalkeeper Fabio Coltorti knowing that anything less than win would have put paid to their promotion hopes.
Showing the finishing ability of an experienced striker, Coltorti bent his run, stayed onside and slotted home to leave Leipzig in fifth, 5 points of the Bundesliga play-off place in third. Coltorti and Leipzig have four more games left to make up the difference and challenge for a spot in the Bundesliga for the first time in the their history.
And yes, that is absolutely horrendous defending by the lazy Dramstadt player.
