Frank Lampard is currently enjoying a summer break before joining up with his New York City FC teammates and beginning his career in the MLS.
Lampard was never the most athletic player, instead he made a career out of being in the right place at the right time with impressive regularity, so perhaps it's not surprising to see him struggle so badly to climb a rope-ladder... But it sure is funny.
After having a nice refreshing swim in the water, Frank Lampard can't get back out.
