Former Arsenal, Everton and Swedish legend Anders Limpar has won an emotional reality TV show in the mould of Bear Grylls where they are dropped off in the middle of nowhere and asked to do physically and mentally demanding tasks in an effort to survive.
In the final he had to win a river duel, fetch water and cook it up to 96 degrees, win a quiz and then travel as far north as possible in six hours. He was rewarded for every kilometre travelled and deducted point for straying off course.
Limpar, dedicated the victory to former teammate Klas Ingesson, who died last year, and had grown a moustache in honour of his friend.
The game show was called "The Great Adventure" and it involved several Swedish celebrities.
Since retiring, Limpar has opened a bar and started a betting website amongst other things. He can now add "Winner of The Great Adventure" to his CV.
He is also active on twitter and according to his social media he is still a supporter of Everton.
