A couple of months ago, the wider world became aware of Kacper Zajac and his astonishing free-kicks. The Dungarvan United U13 curled in a magnificent one from the edge in a 3-2 win over Tramore at the end of March.

And he curled in another beaut this week, once again against Tramore in a 5-4 win. This was one of just four goals Zajac scored in this game.
One spectator can be heard exclaiming, with some justice, that free kicks, when you have this boy around, are like penalties.
