Barnet Player/Coach Edgar Davids Sent Off For Elbowing Wrexham Player In The Head

Dutch legend, Edgar Davids, is player/coach of Football Conference side, Barnet, these days. The now 40-year-old took to the pitch for only the third time this season against Wrexham on Sunday and was sent off just minutes from the end with his side leading 1-0.

Davids got the red for an elbow to the head of former Liverpool player, Steven Wright.

The elbow left Wright bloodied.

Wrexham equalised shortly after Davids saw red.

Barnet are currently 15th in the Conference just 4 points off the playoff spots.
