Live television mixed with a compulsive need to clean are not necessarily the most comfortable of bedfellows, as showcased by the BBC's Dan Walker this morning. He was presenting Football Focus live from Wrexham's Racecourse Ground ahead of the FA Cup second round clash against Maidstone.

Walker was saying something about Robbie Savage when he noticed a tea stain on the club honours board. As you do, he took it upon himself to clean it there and then and promptly rubbed out the name of 1979-80 player of the season Dixie McNeil.
