Gone are the usual 7:45pm kick-offs from next season's Champions League.
UEFA has announced that from the 2018/19 season on, kick-offs will be staggered between 5:55pm and 8pm. It is similar to how the Europa League schedule currently works.
In further changes announced on Tuesday, 26 teams will now automatically qualify for the Champions League group stage. That includes the top four teams from Spain, Germany, England and Italy next season. It means the team which finishes fourth in the Premier League this season will not have to go through the Champions League qualifying stage.
In 2018/19, the top two teams from France and Russia and the Champions of Portugal, Ukraine, Belgium and Turkey will also automatically go into the Champions League group stages.
The previous season's Champions League and Europa League winners will also automatically qualify for the Champions League group stages.
All teams eliminated from Champions League qualifying will now get a second chance to qualify for the Europa League.
Two teams from Spain, Germany, England, Italy, France and Russia will also go straight into the Europa League group stages.
