Aston Villa have announced the release of two Irish players - Enda Stevens and Graham Burke, both have represented Ireland at U21 level.
Stevens, a left-back, was signed by Villa from Shamrock Rovers back in 2012 and made nine appearances in all for the Premier League side. He was on loan at Doncaster for the majority of the 2014/15 season.
Dublin-born Burke, a striker, has featured for Villa in the League Cup and spent some time this season on loan at Notts County.
Darren Bent has had a busy day. The former England striker was released by Aston Villa and has already signed for Derby County.
