Twitter has been giving us funny and gobsmacked reactions to every major event since the Battle of Clontarf. Well there can hardly have been any bigger events than the current Irish assistant manager's press conference in Malahide earlier this afternoon.
Now both Maurice Setters and Ian Evans were pure box office but this man is on another level. Here's a flavour of Twitter's reaction to Keane in Malahide.
Roy Keane comparing himself to Mother Theresa and using words like "craic". It's a strange world. Strangely brilliant.

Roy Keane is the opposite of those people who say a joke and then laugh more than the recipient. Genuinely hard to be sure if he's joking.
