While the Premier League may have opted for an earlier than usual transfer window deadline, the rest of Europe continues to make moves in order to strengthen their squad.
The future of Ousmane Dembele is very much still up in the air despite the fact that Arsenal, one of the club's he was linked to, cannot sign him now that the window is closed. However, the 21-year-old could still be set for a late move as Mundo Deportivo report PSG are in contact with Barcelona about a potential signing.

Dembele's extraordinary ability has not always been apparent at Barcelona, as the club struggled to make space for him with a front three already containing Coutinho, Messi and Luis Suarez. Thomas Tuchel, PSG's new boss, did work with Dembele at Dortmund and still has until August 31 to make the deal happen.
Dembele is reported to have a monstrous £360 million release clause, but a swap deal involving Adrien Rabiot could be on the cards.
Meanwhile, fresh from a World Cup campaign with Belgium, Michy Batshuayi has joined Valencia on a season-long loan. The Chelsea striker enjoyed a successful loan spell with Borussia Dortmund last season but Maurizio Sarri evidently sees no role for him at the club this year.
