Transfer rumours, they hold the bittersweet power to tug at your heartstrings while you tug at your hair. We love them but we hate them. Like Paul Pogba for example, there hasn't been a 'will they won't they' scenario this drawn out since Ross and Rachel. Despite that we'll watch on as the transfer window throws us curveballs and toys with our emotions.
Firstly, no longer just a rumour, Gabriel Jesus has spread his wings and become a fully grown sealed deal. The 19-year-old has moved to Manchester City in a deal worth £27m. ESPN report that he has signed a 5 year contract.

Now, to the more speculative and unfounded news:
Staying with the blue side of Manchester, Pep Guardiola is reportedly looking to sign Marlos Moreno from Colombian side Athletico Nacional, that's according to BBC. BBC are reporting that the £4.75 million move is nearing completion.
The Guardian are also reporting that Pep wants to reunite with Barcelona goalkeeper Marc Andre ter Stegen. Might be a good shout after the Joe Hart's leaky performance at the Euros.
Real Madrid are set to make a €65m bid for talented Austrian and breaker of Irish hearts, David Alaba. According to ESPN, Bayern Munich are looking for Pepe in addition to the €65m.
Riyad Mahrez and Alexandre Lacazette continue to be linked with a move to Arsenal. It seems that the latter won't be prized away unless a valuation of £29m is met. After reports emerged yesterday that Wenger may have met Mahrez, it seems that The Gunners may actually be close to signing a transfer target.
The Guardian are reporting that Arsene Wenger is ready to make a £50m bid for want-away Julian Draxler. The Wolfsburg player made it clear that he wants to force a move away from the Wolfsburg and Arsenal are more than happy to accommodate his wishes.
Incidentally, The Independent have reported that Everton are also eyeing up a move for the 22-year-old Germany international.
Staying with Everton, The Mirror are reporting that Christian Benteke is a target for new Toffees boss Ronald Koeman. Everton could face cmpetition from ex manager David Moyes as he looks to being the Belgian to Sunderland.
Jose Mourinho has confirmed that he will sign one more player in this window. Honestly though, this whole Paul Pogba palava is so drawn out that we all really just can't wait for it to end. Sky Sports are reporting that Pogba is finishing his holiday in the States and preparing to fly to England.
The Sun are reporting that West Ham are looking to sign Jordan Ayew from relegated Aston Villa. The transfer could potentially see Jordan link up with his brother Andre, who has been a target for The Hammers this window.

Sky Sports have reported that West Ham are in talks with Inter Milan over a possible loan deal for Davide Santon. The one-time Football manager starlet would reportedly cost £460,000 with a £5m option to make it permanent.
