11 Transfer Stories You May Have Missed Amongst The Anthony Martial Madness

The transfer deadline is fast approaching and twitter is going absolutely insane. Stories are flying in left, right, and centre and if the rumours are to believed then a whole host of clubs are going to look a lot different than they did yesterday.

Anthony Martial to Manchester United has dominated the news due to the high fee and the fact that it took everyone by surprise, so here are 10 deals you may have missed amongst the madness.

Not all of these are definitely going through but they are all in development at the moment.

Keylor Navas to Manchester United

Marca are reporting that Manchester United have agreed to sell David De Gea to Real Madrid for cash plus Keylor Navas. The experienced Costa Rican goalkeeper had his name chanted by the Real Madrid fans this weekend as he put in an excellent performance, and would likely replace Sergio Romero as United's #1.

Michail Antonio to West Ham United

Nottingham Forest winger Michail Antonio has had a fantastic start to the season in the Championship, and West Ham are looking to add depth to the wings following the departure of Stewart Downing to Middlesbrough. £7m is the reported fee, which would represent good business for both clubs.

Adnan Januzaj to Borussia Dortmund

One of the more surprising stories today emerged as Sky Sports broke the news that Adnan Januzaj is wanted by Dortmund and the club are currently negotiating a season long loan deal. Does this mean Manchester United will be in for another winger/playmaker?

Papy Djilobodji to Chelsea

Highly rated FC Nantes defender Papy Djilobodji (or Jillobody if you're understandably struggling to pronounce it) is reported to be discussing a £3.5m move to Chelsea. This would mean that Chelsea have finally given up on John Stones, but this is a deal that not too many saw coming.

Fabio Borini to Sunderland

Somehow Liverpool have managed to get an impressive £10m for unwanted striker Fabio Borini. A big hit with the Sunderland fans during his loan spell, the Italian will need to get goals for a side that are already in big trouble at the start of the season. This one has been confirmed.

Chicharito to Bayer Leverkusen

It was clear after Manchester United's midweek Champions League qualifier against Brugge last week that Chicarito was on the way out of Old Trafford, and despite links to West Ham, the Mexican striker is in Germany for a medial and will complete a move to Bayer Leverkusen today accortding to Bild.de.

Anders Lindegaard to West Brom

Manchester United had far too many goalkeepers earlier today, but with David De Gea on the way out and Anders Lindegaard in talks with West Brom over a free transfer according to Sky Sports, it looks as though there will be two less keepers on the books.

Alex Pato to Spurs

Corinthians are desperate to sell Alex Pato, and Spurs need a striker, so ESPN Brazil reckon that Mauricio Pochettino is willing to take a gamble on a former Brazilian wonderkid who's career had been badly hindered by injuries.

Erik Lamela to Marseille

That glorious rabona aside, Lamela has done next to nothing for Spurs since arriving from Roma, and now it seems he is headed for France as Marseille are looking to take the Argentinian on loan for the season.

Julian Draxler to Wolfsburg

'Kicker' in Germany are reporting that talented young attacker Julian Draxler will be fitting into the big Kevin De Bruyne shaped hole in the Wolfsburg team after it became clear that the German international would be leaving Schalke this summer. Despite links to Juventus is looks like Draxler is staying in Germany.

Felipe Melo to Inter Milan

Reliable Italian transfer source Gianluca Di Marzio is claiming that Inter Milan have beefed up their midfield with Galatasaray's Brazilian midfielder Felipe Melo. No fee has been disclosed yet but this is already being reported as a "done deal".
