The pressure kept building and building, and you just knew that Celtic had something in the locker for the very death...
To their credit, Aberdeen defended superbly well and looked to have frustrated their opponents en route to extra time, but when Brendan Rodgers needed a moment of magic, the ever reliable Tom Rogic popped up to win the cup, and the treble in the process.
After picking up the ball, Rogic charged at the defence and put them on their heels before slotting the ball past Joe Lewis - who had been having an outstanding game in goal - to send the Celtic fans packed into Hampden wild.
They've done it. A domestic treble. What an incredible season for Celtic and Brendan Rodgers.
Rogic had missed much of the second half of the season through injury, so it was fantastic for him to be the man to score such a massive goal.
The scenes at the final whistle were incredible.
And speaking shortly after the final whistle, Scott Brown summed up how massive it was for him and the club.
So good for Tom Rogic too, who was absolutely gutted to have missed the crucial penalty last.
Celtic fans have been absolutely spoiled rotten this season.
