Tammy Abraham nears Wolves loan
Tammy Abraham has been the hottest striker in The Championship this season, with his 16 league goals for Aston Villa attracting the attention of a number of Premier League clubs. Chelsea have the option of recalling the youngster this month, and it is believed they will do just that.
Sky Sports are reporting that the London club are close to agreeing a loan move with Wolves for Abraham, which may be good news for a certain Irish striker.
Denis Suarez to Arsenal
Arsenal boss Unai Emery is keen to bring reinforcements to The Emirates this month, and Barcelona midfielder Denis Suarez is at the top of his wish list. The pair worked together at Sevilla in the 2014/15 season, winning the Europa League.
Gianluca di Marzio believe that a deal between the two clubs is close, with Barcelona seeking a fee of around €22million for the player.
Higuain-Morata swap
Chelsea want to bring in a striker this month, and Maurizio Sarri is keen to recruit one of his former players. Gonzalo Higuain is rumoured to be the target, despite currently being on a season long loan at AC Milan.
The Sun claim that a deal could be worked out, however, with Alvaro Morata moving on loan to the San Siro in exchange. Higuain's move would initially be a temporary one, with the option to make it permanent in the summer. Juve must also consent to any possible arrangement.
Josh Maja of interest to Spurs and Manchester City
Sunderland youngster Josh Maja has refused to sign a new contract at the club, opening the door for a transfer during the January window. The 20-year old has been in scintillating form this season, netting 15 goals and leading the club's promotion chase.
Sky Sports believe that Tottenham and Manchester City are monitoring the player's situation, and he could be available on a very reasonable fee.
Adrien Rabiot finally agrees Barcelona deal
In a deal that was widely anticipated this month, Adrien Rabiot has come to a pre-contract agreement with Barcelona. The Frenchman will move to the Camp Nou on a free transfer at the end of the season, although PSG may still pursue a January deal with the Spanish club for the player.
