Ever since he began lighting up the World Cup, there's been consternation about the correct way to pronounce the name 'James Rodriguez'. The English speaking world has been slow to adapt to the now accepted 'Ham-ez' version but while we're starting to catch on, the Times of India wanted more. They wanted to know where the name came from.
Apparently his parents enjoyed the odd spy flick back in their younger days and decided to call him after James Bond himself. The headlines writers were giddy with the possibilities, and after eventually whittling their way through countless options , they decided on this.

Obviously, the idea of a headline is to grab your attention and, purely for the fact that people are looking at this all over the world, this writer has done a cracking job. We're thinking a raise and a promotion are on the horizon.
