It's Mo Salah's world and we're all just living in it.
Or at least that's what it felt like after his performance in Old Trafford today.
Salah once again put his name on the scoreboard, claiming a second-half screamer to put the final nails in Erik Ten Hag's coffin and making it goals in seven consecutive appearances at Old Trafford.

However, while the 31-year-old may have be enjoying a fabulous start to the season with three goals and three assists in just three games, his post-match interview with Roy Keane and Daniel Sturridge raised more questions than it did answer, with Salah suggesting it could be his last season with the club.
Salah's future in his own words
Speaking to the Sky Sports crew right after the game, Salah made a number of comments that suggested his days in Anfield may be numbered. While there's been plenty of bickering over what it all means, who better to explain than the man himself.
As such we've compiled a list of everything he said about leaving the club right here.
First up came a shock revelation to Daniel Sturridge that he was trying to think positively about his last season in the club:
Honestly, I had a good summer...I had a long time to try to think positive because as you know this is my last year in the club.
I just want to enjoy it and I don't want to think about it but I feel I'm free to play football and we'll see what happens next year.

While those comments more than likely refer to the fact that it is the final year of his Liverpool contract, it is nonetheless a harrowing prospect for Liverpool fans who can only imagine the club without him.
Only moments later Salah shed some more light on the situation, revealing that there'd been no contact from the club with regard to a contract:
Yeah (it could be my last time playing here)....I was coming to the game I said look it could be the last time (playing in Old Trafford).
Nobody in the club has talked to me yet about contracts, so look I'll play my last season and then see at the end of the season.
Despite a bit of banter between Keane and Salah, and a hope and prayer from Sturridge that it wasn't to be, the 31-year-old doubled down on the reality that it wasn't up to him.
It's not up to me, nobody talked to me from the club but we will see.
Whether the prospect of Mo leaving is realistic, or this is a mere call for the powers that be to put a new contract on the table we're yet to see.
While one would expect Liverpool to offer a new contract, if for no other reason than to appease the Liverpool faithful, the reality is that Mo Salah will be plush with offers when the time comes, and Liverpool will have to fight to keep him.
