It has been announced that Liverpool will play two friendlies against League Of Ireland opposition in Ireland next month. Cork City will take on the Reds on Saturday July 11th, while Waterford United play them 6 days later on Friday July 17th at the RSC.

Waterford previously played a Liverpool XI side back in July 2011 in front of 5,000 supporters. With Raheem Sterling featuring that day, fans will be hoping to get a similar look at more up and coming Liverpool players.
Tickets for the Cork City clash will go on sale from the club shop and from Ticketmaster from tomorrow, with Waterford set to make an announcement on tickets shortly, according to their website.
