If you are alive in the year 2015, then chances are you have a smartphone.
If you have a smartphone, and you like football, then you'll need some football apps to keep you up to date when you can't immerse yourself in the sport for whatever reason.
We're fairly proud of our new app, which you can get on iPhone here, or on Android here.
But just as an added bonus, here are the 5 best free football apps every soccer fan needs on their phone:
Flashscore - iPhone/Android
Livescore is all well and good, but Flashscore is so much more. Every league you can imagine, different sports, the ability to favourite matches (that you have bet on for example) and have them show first.
Flashscore is an absolute must have.
Where's The Match? - iPhone only
Sorry Android users, but Where's The Match is an absolute godsend that will tell you what TV channel is hosting the match, with a live day-by-day calendar.
Easy to use and so damn helpful.
FourFourTwo Stats Zone - iPhone/Android
For the stats nerds out there, argue your point on internet forums with added graphs and statistics. If you want those passing trackers and heat-maps, then you want FFT Stat Zone.
Great for visual information and getting in depth on the game.
Team Stream - iPhone/Android
Bleacher Report have developed a cracking app that aggregates all the news on the web about your favourite team and pulls it into one stream.
Really handy, especially for transfer season.
Lineup11 - iPhone/Android
Prove you know more than the manager by making your ideal lineup. It's super easy to plan the formation and players you want to see in a team's lineup using Lineup11.
Easy to use and great for making your ideal starting XI's.
Don't forget to download the Balls.ie app too!
