The PFA team of the year has been announced and there's no real surprises here as presumptive champions Chelsea dominate and Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea is rewarded for his stunning form throughout the season.

De Gea; Ivanovic, Terry, Cahill, Bertrand; Hazard, Matic, Coutinho, Sanchez; Kane, Costa

Eden Hazard is widely expected to take home the Player of the Year gong tonight and given that he is also a nominee for the Young Player of the year you'd have to suspect that'll he'll finish second to Harry Kane in that for reasons passing understanding.
