The shortlist has been named for the annual Ferenc Puskas Award for the best goal in World Football during the past year.
The list features some high quality goals ranging from League Two to The Champions league.

Here's the 10 nominees for this years FIFA goal of the year, vote for your favourite down below.
David Ball-Fleetwood Town
With five minutes left to go and with your side trailing by one goal to nil you'd think the best option would be to hoof it into the box and hope for a scrappy rebound, but nobody handed that script to Fleetwood's David Ball.
The striker picked up the ball on the edge of the box and fooled the defender with some outrageous footwork before sending a sumptuous chip into the top corner.
Gonzalo Castro-Real Sociedad
Sociedad winger Gonzalo Castro channelled his inner Marco Van Basten to produce an outrageous volley during their 2-2 draw with Deportivo in April.
The Uruguayan timed his floated cross to perfection before thumping a volley into the top corner.
Alessandro Florenzi-Roma
Florenzi netted this stunner back in September as Roma were trailing Champions League holders Barcelona b 1-0.
The full back had embarked on a trademark run down the right flank before spotting Marc-Andre ter Stegen off his line. He decided to test the Barcelona keeper from just inside the halfway line and ended up putting the ball into the far left corner.
Wendell Lira-Goianesia
Brazilian striker Wendell Lira got on the end of a beautiful passing move to send a glorious overhead come scissor kick past the goalkeeper in the Atletico GO net.
Carli Lloyd-USA
Carli Lloyd had already two World Cup Final goals to her name when she decided to pull out this beauty against Japan.
The midfielder certainly saved the best for last as she picked up the ball on the half way drifted past a defender and sent the ball into the goal from just inside the opposition half way.
Lionel Messi-Barcelona
It wouldn't be a goal of the year award without Messi featuring somewhere amongst the contenders.
The Argentine picked up the ball just inside the Athletic Bilbao half before doing what he does best by beating four defenders with a mesmerising run and finishing into the bottom corner.
Philippe Mexes-Ac Milan
French defender Mexes is known for his great goals, he scored this outrageous overhead against Anderlecht in the Champions League a few seasons ago and he showed it was no fluke with another belter against Inter earlier this year.
The pony tailed centre back struck a sweet volley direct from a corner which whistled into the top left hand corner, leaving the keeper with no chance.
Marcel Ndjeng-Paderborn
It may have only been a friendly but there is no denying the quality of this strike from Paderborn midfielder Marcel Ndjeng.
Following a string of aimless headers Ndjeng decided to take matters into his own hands by thumping in a thundering volley from just inside his own half.
Esteban Ramirez-Herediano
The next goal comes from Costa Rica where Herediano player Esteban Ramirez scored a stunning volley.
The ball looked to be always going away from Ramirez who does brilliantly to keep it from hitting the ground before sending a rocket into the top right hand corner.
Carlos Tevez-Juventus
Tevez played a major role in Juventus' massive season which ended with defeat to Barcelona in the Champions League final.
It will be a small consolation to Tevez that he made the shortlist for goal of the year during his last season in Turin. The feisty Argentine picked the ball up inside his own half and shrugged off three defenders before slotting the ball into the bottom right corner.
