For decades, soccer-playing Americans had to put up with slagging from players of other sports that the sport was effeminate and unmanly. The country has slowly come around, but it's amazing that this music video to big up the US team's participation in the 1990 World Cup didn't destroy the domestic participation in the sport entirely.
