When a professional team falls to a semi-pro outfit, there is usually great fun to be had listing the various professions of the members of the victorious team.
On this occasion, according to Spanish paper AS, the triumphant minnows are not all amateurs. In mitigation, Brendan Rodgers can point to the existence of no fewer than five 'full-time professional footballers'.
However, there is no taxi driver listed there. Apparently, the Lincoln Red Imps left back - listed below as a professional footballer - is a taxi driver, a detail reported by the in-match commentator and repeated by journalists such as Tom English.

One of the Lincoln Red Imps player's is a taxi driver who finished his shift two hours before the game. Celtic go from worse to worse.

The Imps' left-back was driving a taxi until 1pm today apparently. A colossal humiliation for Celtic.
