A wonderful little morsel of a story here recounted by Damien Duff in today's Irish Examiner about how he could have received his 100th cap in a presentation at Wembley before Ireland's recent game with England, but he turned it down. The story of how he actually got it is quintessential Duff and perhaps says something about John Delaney too.
