CHANGE IS NOT GOOD.
Manchester United played Southampton in the first Friday Night Football of the new season, and Sky Sports decided to give it it's own show presented by Rachel Riley and Jeff Stelling.
There were guests, a bit of football talk, and cut-away interviews to kill the time before kick off... And Twitter went nuts.
It was clear that nobody had plans this Friday evening as the show's title was trending and many chose to offer their opinion as soon as they switched over.
There were those who hated it:
The start of this Friday Night Football is up there with the worst TV I've ever seen. Will turn back on when kick off arrives #pathetic #fnf

It's early days, certainly too early to be making a judgement, but they've gone for a totally different approach to Monday Night Football and that appears to have caught many off guard.
