It's admirable that the dutch FA made a video to encourage closeted gay players to come out but I don't think this effort would convince many to do so. There must be less clumsy techiques to show a closted footballer than to have someone play in a giant oak closet.  The tagline at the end of the video could probably due with some tweaking "Gay? There's nothing queer about it".
