Some years back Ian Harte left his uncle's team Leeds United for warmer shores, Valencia to be precise, not the club mind but the city where he would be clocking in for Levante, the Tranmere of that city at the time.

Harte spent three years at Levante a club that counted Johan Cryuff amongst its former staff. Iano scored 10 goals in 60 odd games and became known as the Irish Bull during his time there. Today Dundalk's finest spends his time scoring goals at the Madjeski for Reading, while his Mediterranean friends lie at the top of La Liga ahead of Real Madrid and Barcelona.
