The Chelsea Fan Who May Or May Not Be Making A Monkey Gesture At Stamford Bridge

I have no idea whether this an actual incident of racism or just a guy doing the chicken dance but I think we could all use a holiday from Chelsea for a year or two. So much drama.

EDIT: Upon review of the close up in today's Mail, it doesn't look good.
