This weekend was an absolute feast for Sports fans, with Saturday's two European finals, the League One and Championship play-off finals, Cork v Waterford in the hurling, and perhaps the biggest game of them all, Ireland vs Turkey in an international friendly.

With so much going on its understandable that some GIFs, Vines, and videos may have slipped through the cracks and gone un-noticed, and we can't have that can we? No, we can't. So here is a round-up of the best stories in a great sporting weekend.

- First up we have an incredible Zlatan-esque backheel assist from the Russian League.

- The Heineken Cup Final saw one absolutely devestating hit courtesy of Craig Burden.

- Diego Godin opened the scoring in the all-Madrid Champions League final:

Watch the video here. - The League One playoff final saw an absolute stunner from Alex Revell: Which lead to the Rotherham boss Steve Evans going wild on the touchline. - Cristiano Ronaldo was badgered by Sky reporters after the Champions League final, so much so that he let a little swear word slip. - Cork v Waterford served up some great moments too, including this brilliant piece of improvisation by Michael "Brick" Walsh:

Walsh was outdone however by his young team-mate Austin Gleeson as he scored a sensational solo goal.

- Jonathan Walters grabbed a consolation goal for Ireland in their friendly defeat to Turkey:
