Twenty years since Leeds won the league 20 years of the Premier League is certainly something to celebrate if like Ryan Giggs you have played every bloody minute of it. For many of us it was when games stopped being shown live on Saturdays and only the rich kid in class or your cousins in Dublin with cablelink, had access to the big and beautiful game. The Premier league are holding their own 20 year celebration, asking us for our favourite players, games, goals and oddly celebrations, but we here at Balls feel its time we nailed the worst XI in the past two decades.
