Vugar Huseynnzade is manager of FC Baku and he's only 21. His rise to prominence did not come via the usual channels though. He's an avid player 'Football Manager' and names the experience gained playing it as a major factor in his ability to manage the club.

Following on from a chance meeting with the club's owner in 2009 he became assistant manger of the team and went on to be named manager in November.
