TG4 has been a great friend to sports fans during the lockdown and they're continuing to look after us in the coming weeks, as they roll out Football Gold, which will run until the end of June.
Every Friday from May 1 to June 26, they'll be broadcasting football. There'll be all of Ireland's games at Italia 90, which will be worthwhile for anyone enduring insomnia during the lockdown, but things get interesting in June when they air two games from the 1986 World Cup, including England's infamous drubbing at the hands of Maradona and Argentina.
Friday June 19th it'll be broadcast. Cannot wait.
