Liverpool extended their lead at the top of the Premier League to four points with a crushing 6-3 win over Ange Postecoglou's Tottenham on Sunday afternoon.
It was Liverpool who started the better of both sides, with Luis Diaz opening the scoring in the 23rd minute, before a well-worked Alexis MacAllister doubled their lead not long after the half-hour mark.
While James Maddison pulled one back to keep the Spurs in the game, all the momentum and quality lay firmly with Liverpool who bore the reward when Szoboszlai made it 3-1 just before the break.
While Tottenham got two goals of their own as the game neared it's end, they did little to soften the blow of Mo Salah's earlier second-half brace and Luis Diaz's 83rd minute nail in the coffin.

Carragher and Redknapp disagree over 'unfair' Trent claim
However, despite the romp in London, Liverpool's uncertain contract situation was still looming large after full-time. Trent Alexander-Arnold, Mo Salah and Virgil Van Dijk are all out of contract at the end of this season and are yet to sign new contracts with the club.
While just two weeks ago Jamie Carragher came under fire for his comments on Salah's contract situation, this weekend saw the Liverpool legend going head-to-head with Jamie Redknapp over Trent's contract situation.
The pair were speaking on Sky Sports after Liverpool's win when Jamie Carragher claimed that Trent Alexander-Arnold should sign a new contract and leave in twelve months to avoid the Anfield faithful taking umbrage to their club receiving no money for his departure.
If Trent Alexander doesn't care about (how he's remembered) fine, but I think if he stays at the club he'll be remembered as one of the greatest players to ever play for the football club and not far behind Stephen Gerrard, if he doesn't he won't be remembered like that.
(Him leaving on a free) was a bit of the frustration. If I was advising Trent, I would say...that a lot of it is the free transfer, but it's that feeling that you're leaving us for (nothing) and where's our money to replace you. You might not agree with that, but its just a fact.
I would say sign a contract, have a decent buy out clause in there that'not ridiculous and if Real Madrid want to buy you in twelve months time or two years time.
Not only did Jamie Redknapp disagree, but the suggestion that Trent should re-sign and then leave for a transfer fee left Redknapp furious with Carragher.
A visibly irritated Rednkapp scoffed back at his co-pundit in disgust, accusing him of being 'unfair' to a player who had given their former club so much joy.
I think you're being really really unfair to him, asking the boy (that) is unfair.
He's been magnficent, he's saved Liverpool a fortune. I'm talking purely as a football person, Liverpool should've got their contracts sorted out, you can't turn around and say sign a contract. Say he signs a years contract and he gets injured then what happens, he's got an opportunity to go and get a five year contract at Real Madrid and try something different in his life, I've got total respect for whatever he wants to do because he's given everything to Liverpool.
He's saved them fortunes by not having to buy right backs. I think you're being a bit unfair to him.
As Carragher said in the studio - what pundits think ultimately means very little to the situation. With questions still remaining about the future of the club's biggest three stars future in Liverpool and whether there is the resources to keep all three players this saga is unlikely to end anytime soon.
Mo Salah confirmed in his post-match interview that he had no update on his contract situation either. While all three players will be free to begin exploring their options with other clubs come January, as it stands, Trent Alexander-Arnold seems the most likely to seek a move away from the club he's been at for two decades now.
