A round of applause for Swansea City.
The Welsh football club have been exemplary for any club that wants to maintain their Premier League status after climbing the divisions, but now they have set the bar in terms of looking after their away fans.
Premier League ticket prices have been the cause of much debate among travelling fans of Premier League teams in the past, with some Liverpool fans even boycotting a trip to Hull City when it emerged that an away ticket would cost £48, but that won't be an issue for Swansea fans as the club have agreed to subsidise costs so that no away ticket costs more than £22.
WOW. @SwansOfficial to subsidise ALL away games next season, meaning no ticket will cost more than £22! What a fantastic gesture!

Swansea vice-chairman Leigh Dineen confirmed the news as he explained that even if the club couldn't agree a deal with the club they were travelling to, they still wanted to offer their fans a fair price:
We felt it would be more beneficial to our supporters if we took the step of guaranteeing them cheaper tickets for all our away games, whether there was a reciprocal deal in place or not.
A brilliant gesture.
Swansea fans had to travel further than any other set of fans in the Premier League last season, so fair play to the people who call the shots at the Liberty Stadium for ensuring that their fans don't get ripped off.
