Will Keane Isn't The Only Man Utd Player David Moyes Is Looking To Acquire For Sunderland

A day did not pass for David Moyes as Sunderland manager without him being linked with some moves in the transfer market.

Moyes was announced as Sam Allardyce's successor on Saturday. Less than 12 hours later, there was news that he would be looking to Manchester for one of his first signings.

Will Keane, the 23-year-old striker was the player Moyes was interested in. Considering his lack of goals - both for Man Utd and clubs to which he has been sent on loan - the fee of £6.5 million looked inflated.

Keane is apparently not the only Man Utd player whose services Moyes is looking to acquire.

According to the Daily Mail, Moyes is also eyeing up Adnan Januzaj.

The 21-year-old spent an unsuccessful chunk of last season on loan at Borussia Dortmund. Initially, it was supposed to be a season-long loan. However, the midfielder was recalled by Man Utd in January due to a lack of games in the Bundesliga.

If Januzaj does move to the Stadium of Light, it will likely be on loan.

Januzaj's possible demotion down the Man Utd pecking order was signified last week when the club announced this season's shirt numbers. Last season, he wore the number 11. This season, he will instead wear 15 with Anthony Martial having 11 on his back.

Januzaj is a player Moyes knows well. He gave him his Man Utd debut during his season as Old Trafford manager. In his first start for Moyes at Man Utd, the player scored twice - against Sunderland.
