Luis Suarez's four month ban from all football activities does not mean Liverpool will not be allowed to sell him.

Suarez had been banned from 'all administrative football activities.' This would seem to include anything to do with transferring clubs. Henry Winter of the Telegraph reported that FIFA's lawyers went back to check on this.

They have since confirmed that he would be allowed to move clubs.
